Automatic Renewal Membership
​
Save money by signing up for an auto payment membership with Eyebrow Plus! Auto payment memberships will automatically renew and the credit card provided will be charged on the 20th of the month prior to your membership expiration date. We offer 3 month, 6 month and 1 year memberships. Sign up at a location near you!

Automatic Renewal Membership Cancellation
Memberships will continue to renew until written notification of termination has been received. If for any reason you would like to cancel your membership, you must cancel at least 5 days before your next scheduled renewal date in writing. You can either fill out a form at one of our locations, send an email to eyebrowplus@mail.com including your full name, phone number, and the reason you would like to cancel, or click the button below and provide the requested information.

Non-Auto Membership

Non-Auto memberships are perfect for customers that do not want to commit to a long term membership.
Non-Auto Members will be subject to a price increase if any adjustments are made to the price of the membership.
